faulty behaviour can be checked on attached file
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. take the attached xlsx file
2. select all cells containing numbers (you can try on each sheet)
3. apply right alignement
4. increase indent from the toolbar
==> few cells will take the indent but most of them won't moove
Problem not present when file saved in .ods
