a doc showing the problem (see from page 6 on)

Problem description:
I have a writer document with a table splitted between two pages. When I load
the doc, I always find the table splitted between many pages with just one or
two rows per page and the rest (the most part) empty. I can force the right
formatting adding and deleting some lines before of the table.

I observed this problem (both on win and ubuntu) since many time but I never
thought to file a bug so I selected the oldest one in the "Version the bug
appeared:" list.

In attach the chapter of my book showing the problem (see from page 6 on).

Steps to reproduce:
load the file in attach
