When I load the doc, I always find the table splitted between many pages with just one or two rows per page and the rest (the most part) empty. I can force the right formatting adding and deleting some lines before of the table. I observed this problem (both on win and ubuntu) since many time but I never thought to file a bug so I selected the oldest one in the "Version the bug appeared:" list. In attach the chapter of my book showing the problem (see from page 6 on).
