Disable LTO for now - suspected cause of fdo#73464.
... which turned out to be not true, but maybe LTO is
responsible for this bug? incidentally the above commit
was reverted for 4.2.1.1, which is the version this bug
is filed against.
do we have any tinderbox that builds with MSVC 2010 and LTO?
