Priority: medium Bug ID: 77251 Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Summary: Query Design to limited to 256 output fields Severity: major Classification: Unclassified OS: Linux (All) Reporter: wba...@bakerfister.com Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) Status: UNCONFIRMED Version: unspecified Component: Database Product: LibreOffice Using LibreOffice 3.5.7.2, Build ID: 350m1(Build:2) and MySQL Query to produce many fields to complete a very long form. Query design will not allow more than 256 output fields (I'll need more than 300). Otherwise, Query is working perfectly, all links to tens of tables work. I realize it is unusual to need so many output fields but, on the other hand, it seems a ridiculous limit all on its own. To reproduce, simply create a query of any database with more than 256 output fields. "Double clicking" to add more output fields to the Query (in design view) will give no indication the LibreOffice failed to add the field after 256 fields already were added. However, observing the last field (scrolling to the right in design view bottom panel) shows the field was no added at all. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
