Bug #: 45737 Summary: Table of Contents setting 'number of levels' not saved/ obeyed in .doc format Classification: Unclassified Product: LibreOffice Version: LibO 3.4.5 release Platform: x86 (IA32) OS/Version: Windows (All) Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org ReportedBy: philbert.de.zw...@gmail.com When I create a table of contents, by default it shows only the level 1 section headings (i.e. the chapter headings like '1. Introduction') This can be changed by setting the 'number of levels' in the attributes of the table of contents (in Dutch "Aantal niveaus") higher. I set it to 3. This works: I can then see sections like 1.1 and 2.3.5 etc. When I save the document as a "Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP/2003(.doc) (*.doc)" document, and I load it up again, then the table of contents is back at only level 1. When I save the document as a native .odt document, the table of content setting is persistent between save and reload. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
