Hi,

Thanks for reporting.

I'm not sure this is the problem, but I don't think this is a bug in
LibreOffice.

To apply different page styles in a document, you have to insert '(manual) page
breaks'. (Insert > manual break... > page break). Then you can apply a page
style to the pages before the break, and a different style to the pages after
that page break. You can use as much page breaks as you like to fulfill you
style-needs.
