Just see the attached screenshot (in odg file).
First screenshot is in zh_CN UI, which shows "English Sentence Checking" is in
a new group. The second screenshot shows it's within the "Language Settings"
group, which is expected.
The same issue exists in French grammar checker Grammalecte as discussed in
#libreoffice-qa irc channel by Jbfaure.
