Bug #: 45965 Summary: LibreOffice Writer closes unexpectedly/crashes whenever opening a file with footnotes etc Classification: Unclassified Product: LibreOffice Version: LibO 3.4.4 release Platform: Other OS/Version: Linux (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: medium Component: Writer AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org ReportedBy: l_guldbrands...@hotmail.com Created attachment 56928 --> https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=56928 odt-file which causes my LibreOffice to crash directly Whenever I try to open a file with footnotes, or several other features, such as images, some tables, pasted text from the internet, and basically anything that is not raw text, it crashes. I have tried with different files, I have tried different content, and I have even tried removing both LibreOffice writer and reinstalling it, and removing LibreOffice altogether and reinstalling that - unsuccessfully. It continues to crash after at most five seconds, and especially when I scroll down to a place in the document where a footnote, text area or other features are. This bug is a deal breaker for me. I cannot work in LibreOffice if it continues to crash before I even can start to work. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
