Tested on Linux Mint in 4.0.6, 4.1.6 and 4.2.4 and they all open immediately
within 5 seconds. Please note that firefox download the csv file and sends the
filename to LibreOffice, it does not pass the http url to LibreOffice for it to
open it. Are there any other information you can give us so we can reproduce
this.
