Dear Nathi,
1. If you select 'Paste Special' (Ctrl+Shift+V), there is a shift cells down
and right options. I hope this is what you were looking for.
2. It is possible for you to customize the toolbars by clicking in the menu on
View > Toolbars > Customize and then click on the toolbars tab.
3. If you goto the same location as stated above, you have the option to create
a new toolbar as well.
