I do not completely reproduce with LO 4.3.0.0beta2+ under Ubuntu 14.04 x86-64.
When I double-click on the name of the function (or if I click on the button
Add) in the last used functions list, I get the right function in the selected
cell, but the list is wrongly modified: the chosen function name is added at
the top then the full list is added at the top of the list. This duplicated
list is cleared if I close the file and reopen a new one.
Not reproducible too with LO 4.2.6.0+
Reproducible with LO 4.1.6
