For me the only thing not copied is the background and that is separate from
the table.
Updating title to reflect this.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open writer
Type something short on two lines
Add a background color to first line
Select the words on the first line
Click on the format paintbrush icon
Select second line
Expected: Background color applied to second line
Observed: Not applied
