Joel Madero <jmadero....@gmail.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |WORKSFORME CC| |jmadero....@gmail.com --- Comment #1 from Joel Madero <jmadero....@gmail.com> --- If you just click on the icon the default color is black so this won't change anything. You have to do the little arrow next to the font color to drop down and select a different color than the default. I just tested on: Windows 8.1 & Windows 7 LibreOffice 4.2.5.2 Both worked fine. Oh - and the paintbrush cursor is not the right icon to select, you have to select the one with the a and a color under it (there are three in a row with colors, hovor over the button and it reads "Font Color." Paintbrush is an entirely different tool Closing as WORKSFORME Further questions should be directed to ask site or user list unless you are doing the following steps: 1. Highlight word 2. Do font color drop down (the arrow to the right of the square button on the icon that says "Font Color" when you hover over it) 3. Select a color If you do these steps and you aren't seeing a change - open as UNCONFIRMED again and I'll try to find an additional tester.
