I am observing this bug already at least since 2012. Now using 4.2.4.2.
Document 1 page header: different than pages 2 and following
Company logo image in header on pages 2 and following.
1. save document
2. exit libreoffice (writer)
3. restart libreoffice (writer)
4. load document
=> company logo that is supposed to be in the header only as of page 2 is
suddenly also on page 1.
Is it reproducable? Yes, but not reliably.
