--- Comment #4 from l...@iapp.de --- Sorry, I am trying to be better... 1. Libreoffice Impress has a file compression tool, under (in German version) "Extras/Präsentation komprimieren" 2. To show the bug, load the presentation attached with the bug report 3. choose the "Extras/Präsentation komprimieren" Menu point 4, you are then first asked whether you want to remove slides, notices etc. I did not select any, but (without systematic test) it seems to be irrelevant 5. then you are asked how you want to compress, I chose jpeg to 90 and 90DPI resolution 6. Then compress the file and open the compressed file 7. Slides 2 and 3 of the enclosed presentation test.odp show what happens: Before compression, slide 1 has a red bar below the title and three graphs above it, after compression, the red bar is gone and one of the graphs is damaged (only square left) 8. this bug is rather new and came up in 4.2.4 or 5, but again I had no time to check systematically For me, the bug is a desaster since I work with very large presentations which frequently need to be compressed.... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
