I posted this bug plus one for Paste Special (enhancement) and one for Paste Only (enhancement). As they were in 4.1, it was a pain to "copy and paste special/only" to avoid screwing up Conditional Formatting. But with 4.3, all you have to do is select and Copy the cells, select Paste Special, possibly tick Formulas (default ticked are Text, Date/Time and Numbers and default un-ticked is Formats)and click OK. >>>>> CF is left unchanged <<<<<.
