Unzipping odt file shows a png + a thumbnail showing itself a missing picture.
Testing the odt file with odf validator online,
https://odf-validator.rhcloud.com/, shows errors.
The odt file is corrupted/incomplete. You should ask a new version of it.
I put it as INVALID.
Don't hesitate to reopen this tracker if you still reproduce this with a new
complete version of the file.
