The File > Digital Signatures... facility only applies to ODF documents. Bug
65393 is addressing a problem with supporting signatures in DOCX files. Not
sure if that covers this aspect of this request. Can you please clarify? Status
set to NEEDINFO. Please set back to UNCONFIRMED once the requested information
is provided. Summary amended for clarity. Platform set to All/All.

Bug 37134 covers tab-per-document and bug 33173
tab-per-section-within-a-document.
