If you open TXTBK Quiz 1.12.doc in LO 4.1 or AOO, put the cursor on the ÷ symbol, you'll see the font change to "Symbol". If you do the same in LO 4.2+, the font stays Times New Roman. We're not dealing with the standard Unicode/ASCII ÷ symbol. OneDrive, Word2010, Word2013, and Writer 4.2+ all show the symbol. Unless someone can show otherwise, I'd say that the current behavior is correct.
