Thanks for your report.
Reading that, it is expected behaviour, since a clean document has Default as
paragraph style and after Heading 1, with an enter, you start paragraphs with
text body and different properties :)
When this is not clear, pls ask for more user-support. For example there is a
group of users with a great variety of skills that can offer help with
questions:
