ok, try the portable version from here:
http://www.winpenpack.com/main/download.php?view.1354 does it work on your
PC?
then try installing the 4.6.2.3 release from here:
http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/?type=win-x86&version=4.2.6&lang=it
does the installation fails with the 4.2.x version as well?
if problem persist would yuo please uplaod here a screenshot of the error
message?
