Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. If I open it from the LO Start Center then it is reproducible with LO 4.3.2.2 (Win 8.1), but only if opening it from there. And I tested it further, this happens with any theme, not only with the one mentioned in the Description and it also happens there if opening a math file from FILE -> RECENT DOCUMENTS and from the recent documents gallery in the main Start Center window.
