I'm using version 4.3.2.2, build 430m0(Build:2), which should be the latest stable version. To reproduce the bug just insert all of the subdocuments, i.e. the ODTs into the master document (ODM). Wait for it to reflow the text. Update the TOC and then export to PDF. Repagination is carried out and then the PDF is exported.
