I have done several times the raw method you suggest.
I have no apach.
Yes, i have cleaned carefully with ccleaner, geek.exe and Glary tools.
No trace of LO after done the cleanning.
I have installed again, and the problem persists !!

I detected this problem few days ago by hasard because i don't use daily LO.
It is difficult to find where the problem is coming from.
I have 2 other PCs at the same level of updates of applications, drivers and W7
SP1 x64. The only difference with the 2 others PC is EMISOFT Internet Security
is running on the PC with LO problem and the 2 other PCs runs Avast internet
security.
But before i detected the problem Emisoft was running and LO running properly..
So, someone can help me ?
