I think I understand my mistake because I didn't set the language French in the options. The thing is I may use and French and English and mix them up in documents. And it seems that LibreOffice doesn't allow to specify specific language for some cells, only for the entire spreadsheet though. If I specify some language in the cell format windows it seems it doesn't remember my choice. Am I clear in my description/analysis ?
