--- Comment #32 from joux.al...@wanadoo.fr --- (In reply to Julien Nabet from comment #30) > Alain: I suppose you uninstalled Emisoft AND rebooted your machine (reboot > is important because you're sure there's no remnant service or something). > So now, just to be sure, are your files on a local hard disk or on a network > share or something? > Is LibreOffice install on local hard disk? > > I'm asking because some users have USB external drives, use network of their > company, etc. > > Since you uninstalled Emsisoft, you should reinstall LibreOffice. Perhaps > sometimes this kind of software may prevent other softs to install properly > without warning message. > > About 4.3.4.RC1, you can give a try but I don't think it'll help. I have done multiple tests. No progress. Yes I have properly done the cleaning (ccleaner and geek and glaryutility) of Emisoft and LO and rebooted each time, reinstalled LO again without Emisoft: the FileOpen bug remains !!! I have recreated new multiple test files, and got the same issue. I don't know why the ODT files (and other types) are detected as "corrupted" I use LO V 4.3.3.2 Who can help ? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
