yes, it doesn't qualify as as MAB. removing it.
status NEW was set in comment 12 which doesn't seems a valid confirmation...
that user is talking about failing to download the installer, not about a crash
after "check for updates".
so I revert original parameters and set status to NEEDINFO waiting for feeback
of the original reporter
