No problem to open this pdf file in LibreOffice Draw (versions 4.4.0.0.beta2
and 4.3.6.0.0+ under Ubuntu 14.10 x86-64). I see 8 pages. I can edit each frame
to add some text in it, for example frame "Account #:" on the first page.
Note: LibreOffice is not intended to be a PDF reader. And it is the intended
behavior to open pdf files in Draw, not in Writer because each line is seen as
a one or several frames, paragraph layout being lost in pdf.
Which LibreOffice version do you use? Current stable version is 4.3.4.
Set status to NEEDINFO. Please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once you have
provided requested informations. Thank you for your understanding.
