since it was a one time only bug and you are not able to reproduce it anymore I
set status to RESOLVED WORKSFORME
feel free to revert status to UNCONFIRMED if the bug appear again and you have
reproducible steps to make it appear again
ny the way I suggest you to use ProcessKO in case of unresponsive applications.
