You ditn't get my point. 

There are two settings that would be OK:

1. every thing is imported correctly (US)
2. everything is imported wrong (no option)

and one relay bad setting:

3. mainly the import works great but there are a small number of cases that are
false; in my case 30 numbers of 15k rows. (de)

My problem is case 3 shouldn't exist.
The output should either be like 1 everything is right or 2 everything is false
but defiantly not mostly right but with errors like 3.

Having not working de as default in German versions is the root of errors
because you klick OK and are unlikely to spot the error in bing data files
because the first 1000 rows look OK. 
I expect of a program to do stuff either right or wrong if I use the false
options , but not something else.
