This seems to be Windows-only, no problem on Linux.
On Windows:
Double-clicking the tables to edit and then clicking away helps with this, both
in 4.3 and in 4.5.
4.5 does not display the headings even in LibreOffice, if you do not
double-click the tables.
Lowering severity to minor, as there is an easy workaround.
