Replace every use of svx dbtoolsclient by connectivity dbtools.
The former is a wrapper around the latter, with some dlopen() logic.
See https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/11737 for an example what to do. Continue
that. Every OStaticDataAccessTools needs to die.
