In my last post, I marked this as dependent on 73071. But, please confirm,
although it would be useful, they don't really have to depend, there can just
be "See also".
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/4.4 says "the Sidebar now
combines the functionalities of the old “Gallery” and “Styles & Formatting”
floating panels, removing a lot of UI redundancy." which is fine.
But due to this annoying bug (Properties pane opens first and it doesn't have
Style), I'm using “Styles & Formatting” floating panel and not Sidebar.
