I tried to reproduce this with:
'libo-master~2015-02-01_13.19.39_LibreOfficeDev_4.5.0.0.alpha0_Win_x86.msi' 
Build ID: 'bfceafa67ed1cc3e4e03f8f214a2716f57b2d1e7'.

This is nearly perfect (but not yet 100%) on master. 

The export from Visio to SVG seems to have worked 100%, when opening the
resulting exported SVG in another application (I tried MS Internet Explorer 11
and Firefox 35.0.1) the resulting SVG appears exactly the same as the Visio
original.

However, when opened and displayed in LibreOffice, the following issues are
present in the displaying of the exported SVG file :

1.)
The text labels in the original Visio file are not displayed in the exported
SVG file.

2.)
The drawing of the 'Internet cloud' is white-gray-transparant in the original
Visio file, but displayed as filled black in the exported SVG file.
