The PDF import filter has been trouble free for all of the 4.3 and 4.4 and now
with master builds. Unlikely that with a correct installation and a troublefree
user profile issues would be affecting you as just one user.

So, if you would please check two things:

1.) clear you user profile, it will be regenerated on next launch of 4.3.5, and
check your ability to import filter Open a PDF in Draw.

2.) perform a /A administrative installation in parallel, perhaps the just
released 4.3.6.2, or 4.4.0.3 build and test if you are able to import open a
PDF into Draw with one of these isolated installations.
