This is a new development I encountered when attempting to create a clean document to show the bug and now it has affected my sample document as well. I don't know how to get back the Tools Outline Numbering menu item. Nonetheless, in my other documents I was able to access the Tools Outline Numbering menu item, leading to the problem as described 1) 1) First Heading 3 2) 2) Second Heading 3 3) The Heading 3 item added after closing and reopening the document. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
