out of scope for an office package.

Open source WYSIWYG web editors with active development are quite few as can be
seen here:

WYSIWYG for websites these days mainly makes sense when doing a prototype or
mockup.
For an SPSS replacement you can try:

A quite popular recommendation for an alternative to SPSS is to learn the R
