I know that this same bug was reported at <a
href="https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56163";>56163</a>
and is marked as CLOSED WORKSFORME
but it is a recurring problem for me.
If I highlight some text then Copy and Cut show up. If I copy or cut then right
click to paste, Paste fails to appear in the context menu.
I will reboot later this afternoon to see if it is fixed. If it is, then I'll
slowing open programs to see if one of them interferes.
