I duplicated the steps to reproduce:
- open the attached .odg file
- select the graphic
- export it to svg
- open the exported .svg file
=> the graphic is truncated

and produced the attached truncated .svg graphic. 
I selected the graphic only without selecting the whole page.
Geeqie refused to open it, Chrome crashed 
while Mirage opened the truncated graphic.


Please advise any further tests or trials.
