You’re seeing the grid, which allows you to snap objects into fixed points to
ease alignment – as you may notice, it corresponds with the ruler. The grid is
visible on-screen only, and it won’t affect export nor printing.
As the grid is not visible by default, I’m assuming you enabled it by mistake.
Go to Herramientas > Opciones > LibreOffice Writer > Cuadrícula > Cuadrícula
visible.
