Rainer Bielefeld <libreoff...@bielefeldundbuss.de> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- OS/Version|All |Windows (All) Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEEDINFO CC| |LibreOffice@bielefeldundbus | |s.de Ever Confirmed|0 |1 Summary|FILESAVE: Why no progress |UI FILESAVE: no progress |bar on save? |bar --- Comment #2 from Rainer Bielefeld <libreoff...@bielefeldundbuss.de> 2012-03-31 03:37:28 PDT --- I can't reproduce with "LibreOffice 3.5.2.2 German UI/Locale [Build-ID: 281b639-6baa1d3-ef66a77-d866f25-f36d45f] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit), I see a progress bar. But function is not optimum, when I save a very big Writer document, I see 1 minute the "busy" mouse pointer progress bar area empty, and then for the last 2 seconds of saving the progress bar works. Steps how to reproduce: 1. open attached "x.odt" from WIN file explorer > Opens in WRITER 2. Menu 'File -> Save as -> "y.odt" <save> Expected: progress bar appears and grows continously Actual: I see 1 minute without bar, then 2 seconds 0% ... 100% Works much better for big complex DRAW documents, there the progress bar really grows during the whole time required for saving. @Wyndham Clampett Is that the problem you observe? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
