I looked at the .doc and it certainly seems that any text inside the
border/below the header image has gone missing.
As we don't have an original .odt file, I'm afraid the developers will not be
able to solve this case, so I have to close this.
In the future, it is advised to use the native .odt format and only save a .doc
version, when distributing to someone, who can only open .doc files.
It is also a good idea to save incremental versions of your file, if working
for several days, like file_001, file_002 etc.
