Bug ID: 91428 Summary: Positioning of text on connectors, arrows Product: LibreOffice Version: 4.4.2.2 release Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Draw Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: chay45...@mypacks.net Hi, Upon clicking into the text, you can use the RMB->Text This will present a pop-up with positioning options Use radio button picks to either orient to a relative sector, N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW Or specifiy specific numeric +/- indentations for left, right, top, bottom. However, this is rather tedious and hit-miss, as the desired affect does not always result after hitting OK, and you may have to do several RMB->Text cycles before the text moves to the desired location. (costing a lot of time) It would be best if such text were given a mini handle that becomes visible when hovered over....similar to what is provided for glue points. That would allow precise, real-time placement, without the need to guess, retry. Thanks see also #75301 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
