As it seems there are "metric" and "imperial measures" advice in the Internet: In a book by Jacquline Rahmehipour et al. (page 63) they suggest: 28 x 15.75 cm In a youtube video gotoguyenterprises suggests: 16" x 9" Since the previous one (the metric one) is more reasonable for printing I think it is the way to go. Is it?
