The OP of #32248 created the file with Inkscape. #92678 pertains to exporting a diagram from Draw as a SVG file, and the resulting SVG file not containing the text at all. The text is not visible in other viewers either, because it isn't even there. I suppose it could be related, but on the surface I'm not seeing it.
