This problem still exists as reported, in Libo 5.0.0.5
Tested in a parallel installation downloaded from Libo site, Linux x86 version.
A separate UserInstallation was defined in the
.../libreoffice/program/bootstraprc file, with no changes made to the default
configuration.
So reopening, as problem still exists.
Whoever classed it as "worksforme" must have not tested the problem as defined,
as one of the 3 symptoms (pressing F11) should not be affected by the
configuration.
Note that it was already confirmed in point 5 of comment 10.
