I'm hoping to reopen this as something the developers will look into as it is
the main issue keeping me from using Calc instead of Excel. I also have to open
multiple CSV files every day. Each time I open one, not only do I get the
dialog box, but it appears behind the active window. So, to open a CSV file, I
have to double-click it, move my cursor to the taskbar and click the dialog
box, then click "OK" from within the dialog box. This doesn't sound like much
until you have to open a few dozen CSV files every day and have to jump through
these hoops each time. When I set Excel as the default program, the files open
automatically. It is incredibly frustrating.

Please just add a simple option to set a default that Calc remembers. I
shouldn't have to do four mouse clicks to open a file.
