Please, as requested by Jorendc, give a test document or workflow to reproduce
what you think is bogus...

LibO can detect first line as label if:
- ALL cells in first line contain TEXT and NO value (date, number...)
- NO empty cell in first line
- sorting range is delimited by empty columns
