Cisco 3015_eps.zip appears to be added to the Extension Manager but does not
show up in the Gallery. I attempted to Remove Cisco 3015_eps.zip and received
the following error:

I get the same error if I attempt to reload the Cisco 3015_eps.zip Theme as
well.
I am running LibreOffice version 5.0.1.2 build Build ID:

Locale: en-US (en_US) on an Intel i7 processor running Windows 10 - 64-bit.
