So I opened Serienbrief.odt, added the database, printed and selected to create
a file. It went ok.
Are these the steps for reproducing the freeze?
I'm asking, because I'm not seeing any "item 6" in my steps.
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
